    • We provide services only to Licensed Bail Agents or the Courts and do not work for the general public.
    • We cooperate fully with Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies.Unsure if a client is going to show? We will find them and escort them to the court date, saving you recovery fees with our Bail Enforcement
    • All documents pertaining to such cases are held in strict confidence and will be released to no one other then the client upon request.
    • Operations in California will be handled exclusively by a California bail enforcement agent who will be personally responsible for the case.
    • We operate in the entire State of California with some travel nationally dependant on the clients needs and the availability of good information concerning the whereabouts of the defendant.
    • We accept cases originating in our service areas or cases concerning defendants that take refuge in our area.
    • All defendants will be safely transported in relative comfort and shown respect for their human dignity and civil rights.
    • At no time will a defendant be treated with disrespect or against his/her civil rights. All defendants will be treated equally and without prejudice.
    • Through our organization, we have a network of over 2,000 bail recovery agents throughout the U.S.A., Canada and Mexico available to assist you. Our office offers you many areas of expertise that will assist you in recovery of bail fugitives or other matters that may concern you or your associates.

    • We are available 24 hrs a day to arrest and transport subjects to any destination.
    • Our standard fees are 10% to 15% of the amount of the outstanding bond plus mutually agreed to expenses.
    • Our minimum fee is $500 for cases involving "skip tracing" case work and $300 for local arrest and surrender work (not involving skip tracing - bail agent gives us a good address) within a 30 mile radius of any of our field agent's locations.


    • A retainer may be required on certain cases involving significant expenses. This retainer is non-refundable and will be credited towards the overall fee. A detailed expense report will be forwarded to Client upon completion of the case if requested.
    • All payments are due on net 5 day terms by cash, check, money order, certified funds or electronic funds transfer.
